  • My Shampoo bar does not lather as much as bottled shampoo. Why is that?
    First of all, we would like to point out that more foaming does not mean more cleaning. Surfactants are the substances that provide foaming. We obtain surfactants from natural ingredients instead of chemical and harmful substances and keep them at a minimum level. On the other hand, with the high concentration of natural oils, extracts, vitamins and minerals we use, we aim to clean, nourish, moisturize, protect and prevent problems related to your hair type.
  • Do I need to use conditioner alongside my shampoo bar?
    No. Because Kirei Shampoo bars are formulated to be 2-in-1 Shampoo and Conditioner. One shampoo bar contains a concentrated, very powerful and natural ingredients equivalent to one medium-sized plastic bottle (400ml each) of shampoo and conditioner.
  • Which Kirei Shampoo and Conditioner bar should i choose?
    All our shampoo bars address the overall goals of superior cleansing, moisturizing, hydrating and nourishing. In addition, the specially arranged oils, proteins, vitamins and minerals in the content play a decisive role in achieving the target suitable for your hair type. The page titles and descriptions of our products will help you to choose the right product for your hair type and target.
  • There are a lot of shampoo bars in the market. What should i consider when choosing?
    Yes, there are many liquid and solid shampoos on the market. Liquids are out of our area of interest because they contain too many chemicals and we call them hair detergents, so to speak. Solid shampoos are divided into two as soap-based high alkaline 8-10 pH and natural surfactant-based acidity pH 4.5-6. Our hair likes the pH range of 4.5-6. We create our formulations accordingly. In short, we are away from all harsh chemicals such as soap, sls, sulfates and parabens. Soap-based shampoo bars are cheap and can dry out your scalp.
  • Are your products completely natural?
    We are proud to say YES! All Kirei products are made from completely natural ingredients. All the ingredients we use are vegan and therefore derived from plant-based sources and are skin and hair friendly.
  • What is ''biodegradable'' you mention in your products?
    Shortly, biodegradable refers to the ability to dissolve and disappear in nature naturally by organisms without causing pollution. Both our packaging and our products are biodegradable. Since the ingredients that make up our products are natural and plant-based, they can disappear without causing harm when mixed with soil and aquatic life. On the other hand, our product packaging is made from recycled and plastic-free materials. They can be recycled or composted.   • What does ''cruelty free'' mean? Are you cruelty free?
    It is an understanding that does not kill or harm animals in line with the animal rights movement. At Kirei we care a lot about animals and nature. We do not harm any animals before, during or after our production processes. This is our unchangeable red line.   • Can i use my shampoo bar everyday?
    Yes. Kirei shampoo and conditioner bars are designed for daily use.
  • How should i use my shampoo bar?
    -Soak your hair completely. Then turn off the water. This is important to save more water for our world. -Take your kirai bar and apply it to your hair in a circular motion. 5 or 6 movements will be enough for the bar to last longer. -Then set your bar aside and use your fingertips to multiply the lather on your hair and scalp. Do not use your fingernails to protect the flora of your scalp. -Waiting between 30 seconds and 1 minute will increase the effect. -Turn on the water and rinse your hair by continuing to lather your hair with your hands. -That's all! You can repeat if necessary.
  • How should i store my shampoo bar?
    Your shampoo bar should remain dry when not in use. Kirei shampoo bars are softer than other shampoo bars because they do not contain lye and hardening surfactants. Continuous contact with water softens and shortens its lifespan. For this purpose, you can choose a soap holder with drainage or a wire shower shelf.
  • What is the lifespan of the shampoo bar?
    Each brand has a lifetime specific to its formulation and weight. Kirei shampoo and conditioner bars provide an average lifespan of 2 months with 3-4 washes per week for medium to long hair.
  • Why shampoo bars are expensive?
    There are also a lot of cheap shampoo bars on the market, but they are soap bars made from soap and packaged as shampoo bars. Shampoo bars consist of natural and organic ingredients. These ingredients are highly potent and concentrated. Because they are organic, their cost is much higher than chemical products. In other words, these products clean your hair with a detergent effect. ''I am not rich enough to buy cheap stuff'' a wise man once said.
  • Returns Policy
    We hope we were able to make you happy with your experience with Kirei. If you have a product return request, please contact us. We will get back to you very quickly. You can return it to the carrier company by adding the information given to you on the product to our address and the cargo number specially created for you in your region. We will quickly resolve all your problems by connecting to your customer representative via live chat on our website. Please allow 5-­7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile which can take 4-6 weeks to process.Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • Where do you ship from?
    We ensure that our products reach you quickly from the shipping warehouse of our business partners closest to you. Your orders from Europe are sent to you from European warehouses or directly from our workshop, all customs processes are paid by us.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will ship 4-8 business day after you order. *NOTE: These timelines do not apply during restocks, new releases & special promotions.   • What do you do with returned products?
    All our products and packaging are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Returned products are disposed of in accordance with the regulations and packaging is brought to recycling and composting facilities.
  • Why can't you ship to my address?
    Sometimes, you might receive an error message indicating that we can't ship to your address. The error message may say something like this, Your cart has been updated and the items you added can't be shipped to your address. Remove items to complete your order or Shipping not available to selected address. Our shopping cart has the most updated information since our stores are connected directly to our parcel carrier systems and custom shipping rules. If the address you want to use is in an area where our carriers are having difficulty with delivery, the carrier might recognize the address as invalid. This process helps you avoid issues with undelivered packages, long transit times, or problems with customs clearance.We want everyone who loves Kirei products to have access to them, so if you cannot use the shipping address you want, reach out to us, and we might be able to point you to a local authorized retailer or send directly with our different carriers with different methods..
  • How many items can I order?
    As much as you can. Please reach out to us if you can't see available stock for your need. We can give you a special discounts for large quantities.
